Privacy Policy
Effective November 6, 2026This site is run by Unbearable Christmas, LLC, the company behind the film. We collect as little as we can, we use it only to talk to you about the film, and we never sell it. Here is the whole picture.
What we collect
- Release reminder signup: your email address.
- Poster print request: your name, email address, how many prints you want, and anything you write in the note.
- Interview or premiere press request: your name, email address, phone number, outlet, role, who you want to interview, format, deadline, the names of any guests, and anything you write about the piece.
- Site visits: anonymous, aggregated page-view counts through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
When you submit a form, the server briefly sees your IP address to block spam and automated submissions. We do not keep a record of it.
How we use it
- To email you when the film is available and, occasionally, news about it.
- To follow up with you about a poster print if you asked for one.
- To handle interview and premiere press requests.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us process it
Two services handle data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms: Resend, which stores the subscriber list and delivers our email, and Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the anonymous analytics. Nobody else receives your information unless the law requires it.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you have been given a password to preview the site, a single cookie remembers that you entered it.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you are off the list.
- To see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, email miracle@unbearablechristmas.com. We will take care of it promptly, usually within a few days.
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, those requests cover the rights you have under your local law. We will never treat you differently for making one.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
